Yes. We’ve sourced some of our favourites and made sure your house is well stocked with shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand wash and hand lotion.

The beach houses are equipped with several features that might be new to some guests. We have a “Good to Know” manual in each house, a printed copy as well as a PDF version on the in-house tablet, please refer to that when you arrive for detailed instructions. Some common FAQs are:

1. Light controls – some lights are dimmable and some are not. There is a master ‘off’ switch next to the front door.
2. Velux controls – some are opened manually and some electronically. Bedroom velux windows have electronically controlled blinds, kitchen and living room velux windows do not.
3. Filtered drinking water – every house has a water filter built in to the kitchen sink tap.
4. Bluetooth music  – each house has a Bluetooth speaker which can connect to personal electronic devices as well as the TV in the house.
5. Bedroom windows – both the round and square bedroom windows can open to allow airflow.
6. Living room bifold doors – these all open to create a great connection to the decking space but the handles need to be opened in the right order
7. Hot tubs – are always on although might not be 100% up to temperature on arrival day as they are cleaned & refilled for each arrival.
8. Saunas – need to be switched on manually before use.
9. Central heating – is all underfloor and set prior to arrival. Speak to someone at HQ if you’d like the temperature adjusting.
10. BBQs – are self lighting starting from the right hand side burner, no need for a fire lighter

Each house has a dedicated fibre-to-the-property super-fast connection. The name of the network will match your beach house and the password will be in the “Good to Know” manual and on a small sign in the kitchen of each house.

Yes. Each beach house comes with a range of indoor and outdoor games plus you can book extras too.

No. Your beach house had a gas BBQ with gas supplied so need to bring charcoal or gas with you.

No. There are towels in your beach house. Extra towels for the beach and hot tub. We also supply robes for that dash to the hot tub.

Yes. We have buckets and spades, bat and ball, beach cricket, football, frisbee, beach blankets and Fatboy beach tent.

Yes but you’ll need to know in advance if you are bringing your dog. There is an additional fee per dog but included in that is a dog bed, bowls and towel per pooch.

Yes. In every bedroom of every beach house.

You can order your food to be delivered between 11am and 5pm prior to your arrival and we’ll put it away in your beach house.

Please add a note to your supermarket delivery order and include the lead booker’s name. We then know whose shopping order it is, and which beach house to put it in.

In Hayle on the A30 roundabout, there is a large M&S.

There’s a large ASDA in the centre of Hayle near the viaduct. It’s so big you won’t miss it.

We recommend Hamptons of Hayle – a local butcher and deli – who have two shops in Hayle.

Yes. The best place close to Three Mile Beach is Trevaksis Farm Shop that offers both click and collect and online delivery.

The Cornish Food Box is a Truro based company that delivers locally sourced, seasonal food.

Check-in to your beach house is from 5 pm and check-out for all properties is 10 am.

Access to your beach house is through a key code. We will email the code to you prior to arrival.

Yes. There’ll be a hamper waiting for you with all the essentials like bread, milk, butter and jam, as well as herbs and spices, olive oil, sugar and good quality Cornish tea and filter coffee. Plus a few surprises.

Hayle station is the closest but not all trains from London stop here.

All trains stop at St Erth station. It’s about 20 minutes in a taxi from the station to Three Mile Beach.
