The family side of Three Mile Beach

Three Mile Beach is a safe, running-around, playing, swimming, and exploring heaven. Screens are discarded, parents can relax, and kids get the sandy, salty hair and rosy cheeks beach holidays are made of. And there’s plenty more to entertain in the surrounding area. It’s not just for the little ones, the world of water sports on our doorstep is a teenager’s paradise too.

Family-friendly beach houses

Our beach houses are made for living like you would at home (only with a beach on your doorstep, a sauna, and a large hot tub). They have large well-equipped kitchens with everything you need to make favourite family meals. And 55″ TVs so you can watch what you love to watch together. To take a load off, we have travel cots, beach-friendly buggies, bouncy chairs, and beach tents. And if it rains, we have all sorts of games and playthings ready to be loved.

Three miles of fun

With so much sea, so much sand, and so much freedom, our location is family-proof. With tiny ones in tow, there the joy that in a five-minute, buggy-friendly walk you’re on the beach. And with three miles of sands, dunes, wildlife in and out of the water, and plenty of water-based activities, there’s a way for kids of every age to spend their energy and get closer to nature.

Start them young – expert surf tuition

The world’s best surfers formed their bond with the ocean at tender ages. A stay with us could be the chance to get your kids into a wetsuit, into the water, and, hopefully, up onto a board. We have team up with Global Boarders, our friends and neighbours, who offer expert surf tuition on Gwithian beach.
