Set back from the sand dunes of Gwithian, our bar and kitchen Chomp, invites you to delight in laid back al fresco dining. For those seeking shelter on breezier days, our cosy wooden yurt provides a snug setting for up to 30 guests.

Open daily until 31st October 2026. Everyone is welcome (dogs included) at our open-air restaurant & bar with both heated indoor seating and outdoor tables.
Our drinks list is all about keeping things local and easy-going, with a mix of Cornish beers, spirits, and soft drinks we genuinely love. Whether you’re in the mood for a crisp local pint, a well-made G&T, or something refreshing without the alcohol, we’ve got you covered.
Walk-ins
For parties under 8 people we don’t take bookings. We can usually fit you in. Simply find an available table, order & pay for your food and drinks at the bar (card payments only please).
Large groups
If you’re a group of 8 or more, whether you’re staying at TMB or just popping in, we’ll need you to book ahead so we can get everything just right for you. You can use the booking platform below or give us a call to sort it.
For larger groups of 10 or more, we also ask for a pre-order to help things run smoothly on the day.

Happy to announce The Wave Machine will be playing on the below dates:
The Wave Machine brings the perfect soundtrack to a stay at Three Mile Beach. Cornwall-based musician Angus Trott builds his sets live using looping, layering guitar, bass, trumpet and percussion to create something that feels effortless and completely in the moment.
It starts slow, then gently builds. Doors open, drink in hand, music drifting out across the dunes as the sun drops.
Relaxed, feel-good and a favourite with the local surf crowd, it’s all part of that laid-back Three Mile Beach magic.
No booking is required and dogs are more than welcome at Chomp. You'll need to park at the Gwithian Towans carpark, shown on the map above. Parking charges apply from 1st April to 31st October.
