If you are swapping out your guests or you’d just like a refresh, our housekeeping team will give you a full linen change including bed sheets, bath towels, beach towels, robes and tea towels. £100 for a full linen change done by our housekeeping team. Comes included with Mid Stay change for stays of 10 nights or more.

Cook & eat sessions, where everyone plays a part in the dinner. Rupert will start by running through the menu. Whether it’s prepping the fish landed that morning or mixing the dough for flatbreads, a full menu from starter to dessert will be prepped.

Salty sea dogs, sandy feet, and muddy boots can mean a whole lot of extra mess. Add a 90-minute beach house spruce up to your beach house. Choose what day(s) you'd like us to help and we'll be there at 1pm unless you request otherwise. Linen changes not included.

We’ve got quality surfboards from Cornish board maker Swell. We have novice and intermediate shape boards, each with three fins, carry handle, and leash. Both styles are available in 7, 8, and 9 feet plus we have oversized 8 and 9 feet boards.

Our bodyboards are made with super soft foam to minimise the risk of injury and for extreme buoyancy in the water. The surfboard shape design means they are super cool too. Hire them for the duration of your stay and they’ll be ready and waiting in your beach house.

We have quality Tiki ADV adult wetsuits. Perfect for spring to autumn weather. We have unisex adult sizes S to XXL available. All come with extra wiggle room.

For those who've graduated foam boards, these boards we have a selection of Tiki Grizzly boards that have high-density EPS cores wrapped in 6oz fibreglass and epoxy for stiffness and durability. Available in 7'6'' and 8'6'' models with fins and leash included.

Custom made for Three Mile Beach, our Swell mini surfboards are perfect for children. Made from durable soft foam boards for safety and added buoyancy, they are great for learning to ride the waves on Gwithian Beach.

Our pizza cooking experience is ideal for beach house gatherings. We’ll bring a large pizza oven (big enough to cook 16″ pizzas) and a hamper brimming with ingredients. And then it’s over to you and your tribe to cook fresh stone-baked pizzas.

We have two Tiki models of inflatable SUP boards available. The Tiki Stowaway Classic is ideal for beginners whereas the Tiki Glider Inflatable SUP is perfect for confident paddle boarders. Each board comes with a backpack carry bag with pump, back fin, paddle, leash, and repair kit.

We have Stokke Trip Trap® High Chairs available during your stay with us. They are really well made, easy to clean, and adjustable. Suitable for newborns and upwards.

Tiki quality lightweight caps are perfect for autumn and winter days. They feature a stiff peak and the Suprlite neoprene dry lining makes them much warmer than a standard 3mm thick cap.

Our Tiki easy boots are made with 5mm Neoprene and easy stretch sides making them easy to get on and off. They’re great for keeping feet warm and protected.

Pull-on the Tiki FYT Fins for more acceleration when bodyboarding to help you catch the next wave. They’re hard-wearing and come with a fin saver so you won’t lose them in the surf.

We have Nuna Sena travel beds available for your little ones. They are sturdy, have two different sleeping positions, and are perfect for newborns all the way up to 3-year-olds and we include a changing mat too. Cots do not come with bedding.

Hire a fishing rod with a tackle box and lures. It can be cast from the beach, rocks or from piers. No fresh bait included but we can tell you whereabouts to get some.

We have Takamine GD10 acoustic guitars to hire. They produce a full, balanced sound and are a great guitar for beginners. They come with a case, capo, and strap.

With three miles of beach on your doorstep, it’s a perfect place for beach volleyball so we’ve got some excellent portable nets for hire. Each set comes in a carry bag so they are easy to transport to the beach. Set up is easy too (we’ve tested it), and the net can be adjusted to three different heights depending on who’s playing.

The night sky is amazing at Three Mile Beach. And to get a closer look we have Orion Skyquest XT8 telescopes to hire. We chose this model as it’s a very good quality beginner telescope for close-up inspections of the planets in our solar system and views of more distant sparkling star clusters.

It’s only a 5-minute walk to the beach and it’s even easier with a beach barrow. Please note that you will have to carry it down steps to Gwithian Beach.

In-house Yoga guru Bex offers 1 hour private lessons. All abilities are welcome, no experience necessary. We can provide mats if needed but we can’t always provide the sun so chat with us about party size, it can be possible to offer it in your beach house, space permitting.

Anyone for tennis? We have a set of two Head Graphene 360 Radical Lite Tennis Rackets with tennis balls available to hire during your stay. Please note: tennis courts are available at Hayle or Penzance tennis club. We have no tennis courts on-site.
