AJ Turner Private Chef

After graduating from Leiths School of Food and Wine in London in 2013 with a Professional Chef Diploma, AJ moved to Cornwall to learn from the very best at Rick Steins Seafood Restaurant in PadstowHis rapid progression to Senior Sous Chef included th‘Star of the Future’ award during the opening of Rick Stein’s restaurant in Sandbanks. AJ is now Assistant Head of Cookery at the Truro School Cookery where he teaches the Level 3 professional chef’s course.

Fine Dining

Fine dining comes to your beach house. Watch a professional chef at work as AJ Turner cooks up five courses of exquisite food.

Waiting Staff

£100 per night

Enhance your private dining experience with your own front of (beach) house waiting team.

This is a requirement for groups of 8 or more.

A minimum spend of £450 applies for private chef bookings.

Once you have booked your stay at Three Mile Beach, we’ve made it hassle-free to enjoy the culinary delights of a private chef. We’ll sort the boring stuff while you talk food with your chosen chef. This is how it works.

  1. Let us know your preferred date, time and private chef of choice
  2. We’ll check with the chef and confirm everything
  3. We’ll then put you in touch with the chef to plan the menu and confirm any dietary requirements
  4. The cost of the private chef experience will be added to your Three Mile Beach booking*
