We’re on a mission to reinvent the holiday rental experience. We have the location. We have the beach houses. And now we need Three Mile Beach people.
We’re always on the lookout for talented people with specialist skills. That’s a given. We’re also on the hunt for teammates. Ones who muck in and help out. People who deliver cracking guest experiences and enjoy doing it. People who share ideas, chat with guests as well as teammates. So, if you want to be part of our fun, hard-working team who love where they work, we’d love to hear from you.
Even if we don’t have a specific role available at the moment, maybe you can tempt us? If so, please send us a CV and let us know your specialist skills and what you would bring to Three Mile Beach. Our roles are typically guest experience, chef, housekeeping, massage, and maintenance. They could also be fishing, local history, wildlife and conservation. We’re open to ideas.

We’ve recently been out and about as a team doing surf lessons, coasteering, private chef tasting nights, wine tasting and team meals out.
An achievable bonus
We want to pay our team members a bonus. It means our guests are happy and our team members are doing a great job.
Training
We’ll support your development and tailor training to your specific role from chef courses and health and safety to water safety.
Volunteer Days
We’ve been on beach cleans and helped the local conversation group with their work in Gwithian Towans.
Generous Holiday
30 days holiday per year including bank holidays with an extra day for each full year of work. Rising to maximum of 40.
Stunning Location
We’re a stone’s throw away from Gwithian Beach with views over to Godrevy Lighthouse.
